word as the basis."  She put the idea on hold. And when another member of the Women's Ministry of Park Community Church suggested that they organize a spiritual spa day, Baker felt that her life had come full circle.

"I just about burst into tears," she said. "I knew it was God moving." A group of gifted women has now coalesced to put on the Spiritual Spa, she said. The next full-day spa is Sept. 28; in the meantime there also are "mini-spas" on subjects including forgiveness, sex and intimacy and the purpose of pain; and evening events in conjunction with local conventional spas.  "People are seeking the spiritual right now," she said. "They're recognizing that something's missing in their lives."
